Mallory Jacklyne ?

So I was flittering around on the wikipedia page for the BSC, and I was startled to see a middle name listed for Mallory. Her middle name is listed on other websites as well, and I cannot for the life of me recall where it was mentioned in the books.
I haven't read all of the books, so can someone help me out here?

There is definitely NO middle name for Mallory or Abby EVER. That wikia site is full of it. I think it must be from some popular RPG or fanfic. Sometimes people confuse series canon with RPG/fanfic canon.

My BSC Wikipedia is far superior. ;)
